RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to exchange something, no worries! Here’s what you need to know:
- 3 Days to Decide
You’ve got 3 days from when your order arrives to request an exchange. Plenty of time to decide if it’s the right fit for you! - Keep It Like New
The item should be in the same condition as when you got it:
– Unworn and unwashed—basically, like you just took it out of the package.
– Tags still on—those little tags are important for returns! - Original Packaging
Send it back in its original packaging, please! That includes any bags, boxes, or extras it came with. - Regular-Priced Items Only
Exchanges are good to go for regular-priced items. But here’s what we can’t exchange:
– Items on sale or bought at a discount.
– Personalized or custom orders.
– Special request items.
– Intimate wear (like underwear and swimwear)—for hygiene reasons, of course. - Proof of Purchase
Don’t forget to have your order confirmation or receipt handy when you’re getting in touch about an exchange. - If We Messed Up
If your item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong thing, let us know ASAP! We’ll fix it right away—no hassle for you.
