1. Visit the www.antyloves.com website.
2. Click on ‘Login/Register.’ You’ll see an option to ‘Join Now.’ Click on that.
3. Fill in the required information accurately.
4. Your account is all set up and ready to go!”

If you’ve forgotten your password, just click on ‘Forgot Password?’. We’ll send a reset email to your registered address. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

To update your account details, log in, go to ‘My Account,’ and click on the section you want to change.

ORDER, PAYMENT & SHIPPING

To track your order, just log into your account on our website. Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday to Friday) will ship the same day. Orders after that time or on weekends will ship the next business day. During special promotions or holidays, please allow an extra 1-2 days for processing. Need more help? Once your order is placed, it can’t be canceled. But don’t worry! If you get your items and they’re not quite right, you can easily return them using our simple return process.

You can exchange an item if it doesn’t match what you ordered, including the article name and color. However, items that are damaged or defective (except for returns due to defects) such as those with odors, damage, or signs of wear are not eligible for exchange. If you need help with an exchange, just let us know and we’ll sort it out!

We have a size chart available on our website to help you find the right size based on your body measurements. If you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for extra help!

Antyloves releases new collections batch. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for an email notification on the product page to be alerted when it’s back in stock.  

You can buy Antyloves products directly from our official website at www.antyloves.com. We also accept manual orders via WhatsApp and orders through e-commerce platforms.

To keep your Antyloves product in great shape, wash it on a gentle cycle with cold water, avoid bleach and hot dryers, and skip the harsh fabric softeners. Just follow the care instructions on the label, and you’re good to go!

Right now, Antyloves is all about online sales and doesn’t have a physical store. But you can enjoy a convenient and secure shopping experience on our website. Stay tuned—an offline store is coming soon!

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or return for you.

Return or Exchange shipping costs are usually covered by the buyer, unless the item received is defective or there was a mistake on our end.
