OVERVIEW

  1. We try to send the goods according to the address you provide when ordering the goods and within the time specified after you place the order (and confirm it), but we cannot promise the exact date the goods will arrive after you order the goods or confirm the order. 
  2. We will notify you if we estimate that we will not be able to meet the estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by regulations, we will not be responsible for any losses, debts, costs, damages, costs or expenses arising from delays in delivery.
  3. All risks when sending goods will occur, except that, delivery of goods is delayed due to a violation of obligations in accordance with regulations, and delays in delivery will occur if there is a violation of regulations. When you pass all risks, we are not responsible for loss or damage to goods.
  4. You need to be careful when opening items to avoid damage, especially when opening using sharp objects. 
  5. You must ensure that you receive the goods without delay and within the specified time.
  6. You need to follow the instructions and information provided on the item packaging. We are not responsible for side effects or damage caused by consumers not following any instructions on the goods packaging.

SHIPPING FAQ

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm WIB will ship the same business day. For Instant Delivery, orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. 
 
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated timeframe. We worked with the leading last mile providers such as JNE, J&T and Grab to deliver your order. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, weather conditions, or logistical challenges may lead to delays. Sorry for the inconvenience!

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

Yes, all our deliveries will be completed with Proof of Delivery (POD) as per the last mile provider processes.

Yes, we do support Gift boxes and offer the option of sending the package with personalized messages for an additional cost. For special request, please contact our team on hello@antyloves.com for further assistance.
